• A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required and may be submitted via Apple Pay or Zelle ONLY

• Remaining balance due upon completion of décor using any of the payment methods listed above, including cash

• I do not provide any room accommodations

• You are responsible for securing and booking the room or Airbnb rental

• Set-up time may take approximately 2–6 hours, depending on the design and room layout. Please book accordingly

• Decorations are included with your booking. You are welcome to provide your own decorations if you prefer; however, the service price will remain the same.

• I can only work with the materials provided. If you are supplying the decorations, please ensure they are ordered in the appropriate quality and quantity to achieve your desired look

• No additional guests allowed during setup

• Additional guests will incur a $30 inconvenience fee

• Travel fee applies for locations more than 20 minutes away. The fee varies based on distance. 

• Based on the South Side of Indianapolis (Greenwood)

• Please note that a $40 late fee will be applied to arrivals 20 minutes or more past the scheduled time.

• We are not responsible for removing decorations after setup

• All decorations are designed to be easily removed

• Payments are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an issue on my end

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
